By purchasing from HimShuddhi, you agree to the terms outlined below. We take pride in our handcrafted products made with love in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. Due to the nature of our items, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The product delivered is past expiry or leaking/severely tampered.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must share photo/video proof of the issue with your request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products opened or used

• Change of mind or personal dislike

• Minor variation in texture, color, or aroma (as products are handmade in small batches)

2. How to Request a Return

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Email us at info@himshuddhi.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98168 97979 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mention your Order ID and include clear photos/videos of:

   • The product issue

   • The outer packaging with shipping label visible

3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps.

If approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup (subject to availability in your area) or ask you to courier it back to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

• If the payment was made via COD, we will request your bank details for NEFT transfer.

In case of a failed delivery or cancellation due to stock issues, we will issue a full refund automatically.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time to reflect)

• If still unresolved after 10 working days, email us at info@himshuddhi.com

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, we will guide you through the return and replacement process instead.
